1. Commercial Equipment Usage:

Woolly Whites employs commercial washers and tumble dryers for its laundry services.
The use of industrial-grade equipment ensures efficiency and quality in our laundering processes.

2. Care and Handling:

While we strive to provide the highest standard of care for your garments,
Woolly Whites accepts no liability for damage, shrinkage, bleeding of colour, stainage,
or loss of items during the laundering process.

3. Item Inspection:

Customers are advised to inspect their garments before submitting them for laundering.
Any existing damages or specific care instructions should be communicated to Woolly Whites in writing.

4. Liability Exclusion:

Woolly Whites holds no responsibility for damages that may occur during the laundering process.
This includes but is not limited to wear and tear, damage caused by hardware or accessories, and any inherent vulnerabilities in the fabric.

5. Colour Bleeding Warning:

Customers are advised that certain fabrics and dyes may be susceptible to color bleeding during washing.
Woolly Whites will exercise reasonable care, but customers understand and accept the inherent risks.

6. Stain Removal Efforts:

Woolly Whites employs basic stain removal techniques.
Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, and certain stains may persist despite our best efforts.

7. Loss of Items:

While every effort is made to ensure the safekeeping of items, Woolly Whites does not assume liability
for the loss of garments or accessories during the laundering process. Customers are encouraged to check their order upon return.

8. Service Limitations:

Woolly Whites reserves the right to refuse service for items that pose a risk to our equipment,
the safety of our staff, or are outside the scope of our capabilities.

9. Privacy Policy:

Customer information and data will be handled in accordance with Woolly Whites' Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Modification of Terms:

Woolly Whites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

You can cancel your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled collection time.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before collection will incur a $15.00 administration charge.

14. Order Cancellation by Woolly Whites:

Woolly Whites reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of circumstances beyond its control,
failure to make items available for collection, or if items do not correspond with the order.

15. Delivery Timeframe:

While Woolly Whites endeavors to pick up and deliver items as specified, it does not warrant specific delivery times.

16. Payment Terms:

Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Debit Card. Any alternative payment options may attract an administration fee.

17. Redelivery & Missed Pickup Fees:

Failure to leave out or accept delivery/pickup may result in a redelivery/re-pickup fee of $20.00 (Non-rural) and $30.00 (Rural).
Items not accepted for over 60 days will be deemed abandoned, and Woolly Whites may dispose of them at its discretion.

18. Risk and Item Retrieval:

Items left in a safe place or handed to a third party are done so at your own risk.
Woolly Whites is not liable for any damage or loss once the item is delivered according to your written instructions.

19. Limited Liability for Damages:

Woolly Whites accepts no responsibility for items damaged in the normal course of the laundry process.
This includes but is not limited to damage due to the presence of paper, tissues, pins, jewelry, coins, keys, or other items left in the garments.

20. Loss of Profit Disclaimer:

Woolly Whites is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

21. Special Care Instructions:

Customers must inform Woolly Whites of any items requiring special care.
Failure to do so may result in the garment/s being laundered in our normal process.
Any advice or assistance provided by Woolly Whites is based on information provided by you and is not guaranteed.

22. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation
after providing written notice specifying the nature of the dispute and desired outcomes.

23. Force Majeure:

Woolly Whites will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control.

24. Waiver of Rights:

Woolly Whites will not be deemed to have waived any rights under the terms unless done so in writing.

25. Assignment of Rights:

Woolly Whites may assign and transfer its rights or obligations under the terms without your consent.

26. Severability Clause:

Each clause of the terms operates separately. If any clause is struck out by a court, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
